Health Guarantee

At Boston Terrier Heaven, the health and well-being of our Boston Terrier puppies are our highest priorities. We are committed to responsible breeding practices, proper veterinary care, and honest communication. This Health Guarantee Policy outlines the protections offered to buyers and the responsibilities required to maintain the puppy’s health after placement.

1. General Health Assurance

All Boston Terrier puppies sold by Boston Terrier Heaven are:

Bred from carefully selected, healthy parent dogs

Examined by a licensed veterinarian before placement

Deemed healthy and fit for sale at the time of transfer

Up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming

Each puppy is raised in a clean, nurturing environment and released only after meeting our health standards.

2. Initial Veterinary Examination Requirement

The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery or pickup.

If the veterinarian determines that the puppy has a serious pre-existing health condition, the buyer must notify Boston Terrier Heaven in writing within the 72-hour period.

Written veterinary documentation must be provided to support the claim.

Failure to complete a veterinary examination within this timeframe will void this health guarantee.

3. Genetic and Congenital Health Guarantee

Boston Terrier Heaven provides a genetic health guarantee against life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions that significantly affect the puppy’s quality of life.

This guarantee is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

A diagnosis must be made by a licensed veterinarian and supported with written medical documentation.

Non-life-threatening or manageable conditions are not covered under this guarantee.

If a qualifying genetic condition is confirmed, Boston Terrier Heaven may offer a replacement puppy from a future litter, subject to availability.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

This health guarantee does not cover conditions resulting from:

Injury, accidents, neglect, or abuse

Improper care, nutrition, or overfeeding

Parasites, infections, or illnesses contracted after transfer

Allergies, stress-related conditions, or environmental factors

Failure to follow veterinary advice or vaccination schedules

Minor or common conditions, including temporary digestive upset or mild respiratory issues related to stress, are not covered.

5. Breeder Responsibilities

Boston Terrier Heaven agrees to:

Provide accurate health and vaccination records at the time of placement

Disclose any known health concerns prior to transfer

Offer guidance on general care, nutrition, and veterinary follow-up

Act in good faith to support the long-term well-being of each puppy

6. Buyer Responsibilities

To maintain the validity of this Health Guarantee, the buyer agrees to:

Provide regular veterinary care throughout the puppy’s life

Maintain proper vaccination and parasite prevention schedules

Ensure a safe, clean, and suitable living environment

Notify the breeder promptly of any serious health concerns

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in the guarantee being void.

7. Replacement Policy Terms

If a replacement puppy is offered under this guarantee:

No cash refunds will be issued

Shipping, transportation, and related costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Replacement puppies are subject to availability from a future litter

The original puppy remains with the buyer unless otherwise agreed

8. Non-Transferability

This Health Guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a puppy from Boston Terrier Heaven, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Health Guarantee Policy.
